REGULAR EARLY FEE IS 330 EUR (1450 PLN)
STUDENT EARLY FEE IS 220 EUR (970 PLN)
ACCOMPANYING PERSON 150 EUR (660 PLN)

THE CONFERENCE FEE AFTER JUNE 1, 2017

REGULAR LATE FEE IS 450 EUR (2000 PLN)
STUDENT LATE FEE IS 340 EUR (1500 PLN)
ACCOMPANYING PERSON 150 EUR (660 PLN)


The fee includes: attendance to the sessions, conference materials, coffee breaks, lunches, conference dinner

The organizers have negotiated a reduced price in the hotel “Krakowiak” (when booked before 15 May 2017, with the annotation “DyProSo”). See Hotel Accomodation page.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be received by 30 of June 2017. Only then refunds (less a 50 EUR administrative fee) will be issued to the attendee. No refunds will be issued thereafter.
